

KING OF PLASTIC DOES IT AGAIN!!
Rich Fulton has proven that with a plastic ball he is unbeatable. Fulton was the champion during the 1st Annual Hall of Fame Classic, at Westgate Lanes and once again this year at Boston Bowl in Hanover. He won the title match with a 279 scratch game, 299 with handicap to defeat Keith Tantillo and Rob Young. Tantillo finished 2nd place, he bowled a 202 scratch game and a 239 with handicap while Young struggled with a 153 scratch game and a 194 game with handicap. The scores at this years tournament were much lower than last years event. Last year, Fulton averaged nearly 250 for the day, but this year he only managed to average 219. The first squad leader was Rob Young with a 589 scratch and 711 with handicap, while Jason Sherwood was the leader during squad two with a 648 scratch and a 724 with handicap. After the two squads the field was down to 10 bowlers, Mike Trent was the leader at the end of the round with a 235 scratch and 243 with handicap. During the round of five, Tantillo lead the way with a 234 scratch and a 271 with handicap, followed by Young and Fulton. Trent was eliminated and so was John Hayes Jr., both of which cashed for there effort on the day.
